CNC Machining for Automation Parts
We offer high‑precision CNC milling and turning services for custom automation mechanical parts. A wide selection of materials is available, including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass. We strictly control dimensional tolerance for functional mechanical components. Aluminum & Zinc Alloy Die‑Casting
We supply die‑casting parts made of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy. The service includes mold development, die‑casting production, deburring, polishing and post‑machining. Sheet‑Metal Fabrication
Our sheet‑metal capability includes laser cutting, CNC bending, drilling, tapping and assembly. We process stainless steel 304/316, aluminum 5052/6061 and cold‑rolled steel. In‑house surface treatments: powder coating in various RAL colors, natural or colored aluminum anodizing. Typical products are equipment enclosures, protective covers, bent structural hardware.
